We appreciate you choosing Chakra as your clinic of choice for skin solutions and relaxation. Due to the high demand of our services and with our expert therapists having dedicated allocated time with you, we kindy ask that you agree to our terms and conditions before making an appointment at Chakra. 
    (1) For all treatments we require a 50% non refundable deposit of the treatment cost to secure all your appointment. The deposit will come off the total of the treatment on the day of your appointment. You may wish to keep this deposit on your account for future bookings.

    (2) We understand that you may need to change your booking, we kindly request you provide us with a minimum 24 hours notice. Your 50% deposit will be allocated to your next appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hours notice period you will forfeit your deposit.

    (3) A SMS notification reminder will be sent 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reply back or call us on (03) 98501188 to reschedule your appointment. If we haven't heard from you after a further phone call and SMS we will cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

    (4) We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes early to all appointments to  ensure treatment is started on time. If you are running late we reserve the right to alter your treatment time to ensure our next bookings are not affected.
